TRAIN BLOCK :: CANCELLATION UPDATES

Northern Railway announced fresh Train blocks and decided to extended the existing block for two days. Following are the details of Train Block.

As per earlier announcement, following trains were either cancelled partially or diverted for replacement work of broken washable apron of Platform No. 2 at Varanasi railway station for 48 days i.e. from 04.09.15 to 21.10.2015. Now it has been decided to extend the block for two days i.e. 22.10.15 and 23.10.15 for the completion of work.

So there will be a Traffic Block during the period of work and the following trains will either be short terminated at and short originate from partially cancelled or diverted temporarily upto 23.10.2015.

TRAINS PARTIALLY CANCELLED DURING TRAFFIC BLOCK on 22.10.15 and 23.10.15

• Train Nos.13346/13345 Singrauli - Varanasi Express train will be short terminated at originated from Kashi and remain partially cancelled between Kashi -Varanasi.
• Train No.55149 Gorakhpur - Manduadih Passenger train will be short terminated at Varanasi City and remain partially cancelled between Varanasi City -Manduadih.
• Train No.55132 Manduadih - Chhapra Passenger train will short originate from Varanasi City and remain partially cancelled between Manduadih - Varanasi City.
• Train No.55119 Gorakhpur - Varanasi Passenger train will be short terminated at Varanasi City and remain partially cancelled between Varanasi City - Varanasi.

DIVERSION OF TRAINS on 22.10.15 and 23.10.15

Following Trains will be diverted to run via Jaunpur - Lucknow during the period of traffic block.

• Train Nos.11081/11082 LTT - Gorakhpur Express 
• Train Nos.18201/18202 Durg - Nautanva Express
• Train Nos.15021/15022 Gorakhpur - Shalimar Express 
• Train Nos.19051/19052 Valshad - Muzaffarpur Shramik Express Trains
