South Central Railways announced new special trains between Secunderabad and Guwahati to avoid extra rush of passengers during the season. Following are the details
- Train No. 07149 / 07150 Secunderabad - Guwahati Special Train:- Train No. 07149 Secunderabad - Guwahati Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 07:30 hrs on 18th, 25th September and 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th October, 2015 (Fridays) and arrive Guwahati at 08:15 hrs on the second day. Train No.07150 Guwahati - Secunderabad Special Train will depart Guwahati at 06:15 hrs on 21st, 28th September, 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th October and 2nd November, 2015 (Mondays) and arrive Secunderabad at 09:15 hrs on the second day. Stoppages:- Nalgonda, Miryalguda, Piduguralla, Sattenapalle, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Anakapalli, Duvada, Visakhapatnam, Vijayanagaram, Srikakulam Road, Palasa, Berhampur, Kurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Bhadrak, Balasore, Kharagpur, Andul, Bhattanagar, Barddhaman, Rampurhat, Malda Town, Barsoi, Kishanganj, New Jalpaiguri, Dhupguri, New Coochbehar, New Alipurduar, Kokrajhar, New Bongaigaon, Goalpara Town and Kamakhya stations in both the directions. Coaches:- 18 coaches viz, one AC II Tier, two AC III Tier, ten Sleeper Class, three General Second Class and Two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake Van Coaches.

- Train No. 02723 / 02724 Secunderabad – Hazrat Nizamuddin Premium Superfast Express train:-Train No. 02723 Secunderabad – Hazrat Nizamuddin Premium Superfast Express train will depart Secunderabad on 19th October, 2014 (Sunday) at 11:15 am and arrive Hazrat Nizamuddin at 03:00 pm on the next day. Train No. 02724 Hazrat Nizamuddin – Secunderabad Premium Superfast Express train will depart Hazrat Nizamuddin on 20th October, 2014 (Monday) at 05:05 pm and arrive Secunderabad at 09:25 pm on the next day. Stoppages:-Ramagundam, Nagpur, Bhopal, Jhansi and Agra Cantt in both the directions. Composition:- 16 Coaches viz., one AC II Tier, two AC III Tier, ten Sleeper, one Pantry Car coach and two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake Van coaches.

- Train No. 07209 / 07210 Secunderabad-Vijayawada-Secunderabad Special Train (via Nalgonda, Guntur): (02 services):- Train No. 07210 Secunderabad-Vijayawada special train will depart Secunderabad at 11:40 pm on 6th October, 2014 (Monday) and arrive Vijayawada at 06:50 am on the next day. Train No.07209 Vijayawada-Secunderabad special train will depart Vijayawada at 02:30 pm on 5th October, 2014 (Sunday) and arrive Secunderabad at 09:40 pm on the same day. Stoppages:- Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Nadikudi, Pidugurala, Sattenpalle, Guntur and Mangalagiri stations in both the directions. Composition:- 15 coaches viz., one AC II Tier, one AC III Tier and six Sleeper Class, five General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake van Coaches.
- Train No. 08505 / 08506 Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad Special Train (via., Nalgonda, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru): (04 services):- Train No.08506 Secunderabad- Visakhapatnam special train will depart Secunderabad at 07:45 pm on 1st and 6th October, 2014 and arrive Visakhapatnam at 08:45 am on the next day. Train No. 08505 Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad special train will depart Visakhapatnam at 09:45 pm on 30th September and 5th October, 2014 and arrive Secunderabad at 11:30 am on the next day. Stoppages:- Moula Ali, Nalgonda, Miryalguda, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundary, Samalkot and Duvvada, stations in both the directions.
