TRAIN CANCELLATION :: FEB 2016 :: FOGGY WEATHER

PROPOSED TRAIN CANCELLATION LIST 

Northern Railway decided to cancellation or Partial Cancellation of Passenger Trains during the foggy weather. The Cancellation of trains period will be between 25/11/2015 to 28/2/2016.  

Foggy Weather :: Train Cancellation 

The foggy conditions especially during winter season pose a great challenge to the railways especially in the northern region of the country in terms of operations and safety. In view of safety of trains and passengers speed of trains is restricted to minimum. To prevent inconveniences to the passengers during foggy season, railways is compelled to make a plan every year to cancel/partially cancel/divert those trains which are affected the most during fog.

This year Northern Railway has planned to cancel 10 pairs and partially cancel 2 pairs of the following Passenger trains during the period (as per dates shown against each train). 

Fully Cancelled Trains

• Train No.54484/54485 : Haridwar - Hishikesh passenger : From 25/11/2015 to 28/2/2016
• Train No.54301/54302 : Hapur - Ghaziabad passenger : From 28/11/2015 to 28/2/2016
• Train No.54313/54314 : Chandausi - Moradabad passenger : From - Already cancelled to - Till further order
• Train No.54321/54322 : Balamau-Sitapur Cantt.passenger : From 25/11/2015 to 28/2/2016
• Train No.54355/54356 : Roza – Barielly passenger : From 25/11/2015 to 28/2/2016
• Train No.64221/64222 : Lucknow - Shahjaharnpu DEMU : From 25/11/2015 to 28/2/2016
• Train No.54398/54397 : Moradabad - Sambhal Hatim Sarai passenger : From 25/11/2015 to 28/2/2016
• Train No.74302/74301 : Moradabad - Sambhal Hatim Sarai DEMU : From 25/11/2015 to 28/2/2016

Partially Cancelled Trains

• Train No.54075/54076 : Sitapur City - Shahjahanpur passenger : From - Already cancelled to - Till further order
• Train No.54472 : Rishikesh - Haridwar passenger : From 25/11/2015 to 28/2/2016
