NEW TRAIN 2013 :: BHUBANESHWAR - TIRUPATI EXPRESS ANNOUNCED

South Central Railway published the introduction of New Weekly Super Fast Experss from Bhubaneswar and Tirupati as already announced in the Railway Budget 2013-14. The Train will start from 14th September 2013 on wards. Following are the details.

• Train No.22879 Bhubaneswar - Tirupati Weekly Super Fast Express will depart Bhubaneswar at 12.00 hrs on Saturdays and arrive Tirupati at 09.25 hrs on the next day.
• Train No.22880 Tirupati - Bhubaneswar Weekly Superfast Express will depart Tirupati at 12.45 hrs on Sundays and arrive Bhubaneswar at 10.10 hrs on the next day.

Halting

Khurda Road, Balugaon, Chatrapur, Brahmapur, Ichchapuram, Palasa, Srikakulam Road, Vizianagaram, Vishakhapatnam, Duvvada, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Eluru, Vijayawada, o­ngole, Nellore, Gudur and Renigunta in both the directions.

Composition 

One AC II tier, three AC III tier, eleven Sleeper Class, four General Second Class, o­ne Pantry Car and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van coaches totaling 22 coaches.

SPECIAL TRAIN :: SRIGANGANAGAR - BIKANER TRI - WEEKLY SPECIAL

North Western Railway announced Tri - Weekly Special Train between Sriganganagar and Bikaner for the convenience of passengers during the festival seasons including Ganpati Festival. The Train will start from 09/09/2013 on wards. Train No. 04731/04732 will be upto 09/10/2013. UZHAVAN EXPRESS :: START RUNNING FROM 1ST SEPTEMBER 2013

Southern Railways announced new Express trains to run between Chennai Egmore and Thanjavur in the Railway Budget 2013-2014 will be named as Uzhavan Express.

Train No.16183 / 16184 Chennai Egmore – Thanjavur – Chennai Egmore Daily Express

The most awaiting Uzhavan Express will introduced from September 1st - 2013.

REGULATION OF TRAINS FROM 26 SEPT 2013 :: BANGALORE , MYSORE AND HUBLI

South Western Railway announced Regulation of Trains due to Pre-Non-Interlocking and Non-Inter Locking in connection with work at Gorakhpur Yard Re modelling by North Eastern Railway. The Gorakhpur Yard remodeling from 26th September 2013 to 02nd October 2013 and Non-Interlocking from 03rd to 06th October 2013 involving Traffic  block of 03.00 hrs followed by 72 hours Non-interlocking working and 06.00 hrs testing block. Following are the details.

Block Details

• Train No.15024 Yesvantpur - Gorakhpur Express leaving YESVANTPUR station on 26th September,2013 will be terminated at LUCKNOW Jn. instead of Gorakhpur.
• Train No.15024 Yesvantpur - Gorakhpur Express leaving YESVANTPUR on 03rd October, 2013 will be terminated at KHALILABAD instead of Gorakhpur.
