Mahakumbh Mela began in January 14,2013. It is a Great gathering of Hindus,i.e Hindus on the confluence of Ganga, Yamuna and the mythical river Saraswati.It is described as the Greatest show on earth. The Mela, held every 12 years, will go on for next two months and will conclude on Maha Shivaratri on March 10.

Power Holiday, a famous News Paper reported. For this once in a month every Substations will close from morning
9.am to evening 4.00 pm .
There is a strict instruction that Power won't be supply from any other
11 KV Lines.
The Power Holiday start from January to May. But Minister said, there is no Power Holiday in Kerala,substations are closed for the maintenance work.
